It's 7.33 pm, and I'm extremely hungry.
Waiting for the rice cooked, I think I'm going to share a recipe of my (currently) most favorite appetizer.
Why I'm so fond of it? Firstly, it was NICE. Secondly, it only took 15 min at most to cook it. LOL
This so-called-snack was introduced by one of my house mate, Kelyn.
Actually she learned from her cousin (not niece!). Thank you so much, Kelyn's cousin (once again, NOT NIECE):):):)
Ingredients:
1. Shitake (a kind of mushroom)
2. Boursin (brand of cheese with a bit of garlic flavour)
3. Butter for roasting (replacing cooking oil)
How to cook:
1. Remove the stem of shitakes
2. Smear a bit of Boursin on top of each shitake
3. Smear a small amount butter on fry pan to prevent shitake from sticking to the pan
4. Heat the pan until shitakes looks less puffy.
5. Time to eaaat :)
